NICHEA is an Austrian online boutique dedicated to carefully curated niche and artistic perfumery.

Our aim is to introduce distinctive fragrances to customers who value individuality, creativity and craftsmanship. Every perfume house represented at NICHEA is selected for its individual character, creative vision and the quality of its fragrances.

We are particularly interested in discovering independent and emerging perfume houses whose work deserves greater visibility in Austria and the wider European market.

We believe exceptional perfumery is defined not by popularity alone, but by authenticity, creativity and the quality of the fragrance itself. Our approach is intentionally selective: we prefer a meaningful portfolio of distinctive fragrances over an indiscriminate catalogue of brands.

An important part of the NICHEA concept is fragrance discovery at home. Customers can experience selected fragrances through 2 ml samples before deciding whether to purchase the corresponding full-size bottle.

For participating brands, customers may also receive a credit or discount toward the corresponding full-size fragrance, encouraging discovery to translate into considered full-bottle purchases.

Fragrances are included in our sampling programme only with the prior agreement of the respective brand partner.

Beyond offering fragrances in our shop, NICHEA presents brands through curated brand pages, editorial fragrance descriptions, seasonal selections and discovery-focused content designed to help customers understand the story and character behind each perfume house.
